Amazon Sues Fake, Paid Reviewers

Amazon has filed suit against 1114 anonymous individuals, who advertised their willingness take money for using their Amazon accounts to post fake reviews praising products available for sale on Amazon. Amazon’s lawsuit alleges breach of contract for violating Amazon’s Terms of Service and deceptive commercial practices under Washington law, as well as related tort claims. Click here to read more.
