Ralph N. Sianni is experienced in complex commercial litigation, including securities, corporate governance, antitrust and breach of fiduciary duty cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. He has represented both Delaware corporations and shareholders of Delaware corporations in connection with matters under the Delaware General Corporations Law. Mr. Sianni has practiced at national litigation firms focusing on class action and representative matters, and is the former managing partner for the U.S. offices of a large London-based litigation firm. Mr. Sianni is also experienced in appellate matters, and was part of a team of lawyers who represented an incarcerated individual in a pro bono appeal in the U.S. Supreme Court.


Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Sianni served as a law clerk to the Hon. Stephen J. McEwen, Jr., President Judge of the Pennsylvania Superior Court.


Mr. Sianni is a member of the bar for the State of Delaware, the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia, as well as various federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States.


Mr. Sianni is a member of various local and professional organizations, including the Delaware State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Supreme Court Historical Society, the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court, the Federalist Society, the Corporation Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association, the Knights of Columbus, the University of Pennsylvania Secondary School Committee and the Salesianum Alumni Association.


Mr. Sianni received his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law in 1995, where he was a Note Editor of the Boston University Public Interest Law Journal. He earned his M.A. from Yale University (1991) and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania (1990), both in the field of American legal and constitutional history.
