The Federal Trade Commission sued Roca Labs, Inc.; Roca Labs Nutraceutical USA, Inc.; and their principals, who are marketers of weight-loss supplements, for making baseless claims about their products, and unfairly threatening to enforce “gag clause” provisions against consumers to prevent them from posting negative reviews and testimonials online.
