Cruise companies, including Caribbean Cruise Line Inc., The Berkley Group Inc., and Vacation Ownership Marketing Tours Inc., agreed to settle a class action against them alleging they violated the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by making unwanted calls to consumers.
