Apple Hit with Lawsuits for Slowing Down iPhones

After admitting to providing customers with updates for older iphones that slowed down those phones without disclosing this fact publicly, Apple has been hit by class actions across the country. The plaintiffs in these cases allege that had Apple disclosed that its update slowed down phones, they could have purchased a new battery instead of a new, expensive iphone.
