Abercrombie to End On-call Shifts

The NY Attorney General recently sent Abercrombie & Fitch, along with 12 other major retailers, letters regarding their short-notice, on-call shift employee requirements and questioning whether they were in violation of NY law. Abercrombie announced it will end its call-in shift scheduling in NY by the end of the year and plans to do so nationally. Click here to read more.
