FDA Goes After Retailers that Sold Tobacco Products to Minors

For the first time, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration filed complaints against a group of retailers who have repeatedly violated restrictions on the sale and distribution of tobacco products, including sales to minors. The FDA is seeking No-Tobacco-Sale Order (NTSO) actions that prohibits violators from selling tobacco products for 30 days. Click here to read more.
