A class action has been filed against Subway for using soy-fillers in its chicken to deceive customers. The lawsuit is based on an investigation by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation that found that the chicken in the Subway Oven Roasted Chicken sandwich is only 53.6 percent chicken DNA and the chicken in the teriyaki strips is only 42.8 percent chicken DNA. Andersen Sleater Sianni represents consumers that have been deceived in their purchases. Click here to read more about the Subway class action.
