Andersen Sleater Sianni Represents Pet Food Customers in Class Action Against Evanger's

Andersen Sleater Sianni represents plaintiffs in a class action filed, on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated, in federal court in Washington against Evanger's Dog and Cat Food Co., Inc. and its related entity Nutripack, LLC. The class action alleges that Evanger's sold plaintiffs pet food that was falsely labeled as 100% beef, human quality and USDA inspected, when it was not. When plaintiffs fed their pets the pet food, the dogs immediately became ill and one died as a result. The pet foods were recalled thereafter as prompted by the FDA.
