SEC Awards Two Whistleblowers $8m

The Securities and Exchange Commission awarded more than $8 million each to two whistleblowers whose tips and help caused it to bring the successful underlying enforcement action. To date, SEC whistleblowers have resulted in more than $1 billion in financial remedies against wrongdoers.
