The Animal Recovery Mission conducted an undercover investigation of the largest dairy farm in the country at Fair Oaks Farm in Indiana that sells Fairlife brand milk. The investigation including a video that went viral exposed persistent, widespread abuse of cows particularly baby calves, who were beaten and left in sweltering heat to die. After an outcry from consumers to Coca Cola that partners and distributes its products to sever its ties, several retailers pulled Fairlife products and cancelled orders. Andersen Sleater Sianni attorneys represent consumers who may have purchased products that were falsely advertised including as from animals who were treated humanely.
