SEC Goes After Investment Advisor for Cybersecurity Issues

The SEC took its first enforcement action against St. Louis-based, registered investment adviser, R.T. Jones Capital Equities Management, Inc., on cybersecurity issues arising out of a breach at the advisor. R.T. Jones was censured and fined $75,000. Click here to read more.
